Our winter quarterly seminar was well attended by a new generation of enthusiastic members who, having benefitted from our range of educational programmes, are channeling their enhanced knowledge into critical thinking and much-needed discourse. Our two speakers were Ranjeet Singh delivering a paper titled, ‘The Sikh struggle from 1984 to the present day‘, and Harwinder Singh on ‘Lesser known accounts from the Kharku Lehar‘; both speakers wish to express their gratitude to the attendees for the tough questions and worthy feedback they provided on the day. Both papers can be read in the Winter edition of ‘Sikh Sunehan‘.

Spoken word performances from Narvir Singh and Five River Flow followed the papers as well as an introduction to a Sikh Education Council project that will be launched publicly next year.
