The doctrine of Hukam and 1984
Our summer quarterly seminar took place on Sunday 9 June at the Willow room, Holiday Inn Eastleigh-Southampton. The SEC chairperson Dr Pargat Singh, and Sikh Studies course convenor Harwinder Singh, presented their respective papers titled ‘The doctrine of Hukam’ and ‘Hukam and 1984’. The event was well attended without a single empty chair in the venue.
The resulting papers will be published in the Summer 2024 edition of Sikh Sunehan which can be obtained for free directly from the Sikh Education Council.
