Punjab Azaad is a project founded by the Sikh Education Council to make an unrestrained exploration of the Punjab – not only it’s history and present state, but a visionary look into what the future might hold for the land of the five rivers. There are three strands of activity: (1) conversations – learning how to speak Punjabi solely through conversing; (2) talks – enhancing what we know of Punjab by hearing expert-led talks; and (3) workshops – learning through experiencing Punjabi-related artifacts and manuscripts.
